My name is Boris Magaš. I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). For over a decade, I’ve helped teams and organizations deliver with more clarity, trust, and consistency - especially when things are complex, fast-moving, or just plain stuck.
My work sits at the intersection of agile delivery, team dynamics, and organizational change. I’ve led initiatives that improved product flow, introduced scalable Agile and Lean practices, and supported culture shifts that actually stick - not just on paper, but in people’s daily reality.

Personal life
Outside of my professional life, I am a devoted parent to two wonderful children and a dedicated husband. In my free time, I enjoy competitive padel matches with friends and exploring the beautiful landscapes of Croatia.
